Getting Started with ApartmentPro

Everything you need to set up and run your society — step by step, for admins and residents.

For Admins

Set up your society in 6 steps

Register your society

Sign up at ApartmentPro, enter your society name, address and contact details. Your private portal is ready instantly with a unique URL.

Add buildings & units

Go to Buildings, create your blocks (Block A, Tower 1, etc.), then add individual flats under each block with floor, type, and area details.

Import or add residents

Use Residents → Import Residents to upload a CSV with all resident details at once, or add them one by one from the Residents page.

Set up charge heads

Define billing components under Finance → Charge Heads: monthly maintenance, parking, water, electricity, etc. Set late fee rules per head.

Generate invoices

Go to Invoices → Generate Bulk Invoices to create invoices for all occupied units at once. Invoices are also auto-generated on the 1st of every month.

Invite residents to sign in

Each resident receives login credentials by email automatically. They can also install the portal as an app on their phone — no app store required.

Your resident portal in 5 easy steps

Log in

Use the email and password from your welcome message. Forgot password? Click the reset link on the login page.

View & pay bills

Go to My Bills to see all invoices. Click Pay Now for instant Razorpay payment, or Pay All Dues to clear everything at once.

Raise maintenance requests

Go to Maintenance and raise a ticket. You'll get notifications when admin updates or resolves it.

Check notices & events

All society announcements appear in the Notices section. Register for upcoming events from the Events page.

Install as an app

Open the portal in Chrome or Safari on your phone. Tap the share icon and choose Add to Home Screen — works like a native app, no app store needed.

Common Questions

Yes. Residents can pay individual invoices or all outstanding dues at once via Razorpay. UPI, debit/credit card, and net banking are all supported.
It depends on your subscription plan. Basic supports up to 50 units, Standard up to 200 units, and Premium supports unlimited units.
Yes. Go to Residents → Import Residents, download the CSV template, fill in your resident data, and upload. Duplicate emails are automatically skipped.
No app store required. ApartmentPro is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Residents open the portal URL in Chrome or Safari and tap Add to Home Screen for an app-like experience.
Yes. Each society has its own isolated tenant on the platform. No other society can see your data. All data is stored in India and encrypted at rest.
