We use your data to:
- Provide, operate and improve the ApartmentPro platform.
- Process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices.
- Send important service notifications (invoices, maintenance updates, billing reminders).
- Provide customer support and respond to your queries.
- Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
3. Data Security
We take security seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+.
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
- Each apartment's data is logically isolated — no cross-tenant access.
- Daily automated backups with 30-day retention.
- Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay — for payment processing (subject to their privacy policy).
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and backups.
- Legal authorities — only when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, data is retained for 90 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
