Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ApartmentPro platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ApartmentPro provides a cloud-based apartment management platform including billing, maintenance, community, and administration tools for Indian housing societies and apartment complexes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 3 days before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account after a 7-day grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or spam content through the platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ApartmentPro. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support or as required by law.

7. Uptime & Service Levels

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApartmentPro's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
